Global Security Operations Centre
Rapid response and complete peace of mind anywhere in the world.
Always On Always Alert
Constant Oversight. Immediate Response
Real-Time Monitoring
The GSOC is equipped with multiple screens and feeds displaying global news, intelligence alerts, maps tracking client assets and travellers, and live incident reports. Analysts and duty officers continuously scan these inputs for anything that could pose a risk. The moment something occurs – a bomb blast in a city where a client team is present, a severe weather warning for an area with an upcoming event, etc. – the GSOC flags it and begins assessing the impact. This real-time situational awareness is the cornerstone of preventing small issues from becoming big problems.
Rapid Incident Response
When an emergency call comes in (like a traveller calling for help, or an alarm from a client facility), the GSOC springs into action. We have detailed response protocols for various scenarios, but no rigid script – our experienced staff use their judgment and expertise to adapt as needed. They might be simultaneously calling local first responders, alerting our on-call crisis response team, notifying the client’s management, and providing reassurance and guidance to the person in distress. Because all key functions (intelligence, communications, coordination) coalesce in the GSOC, we cut out delays and confusion – it’s one team handling the crisis from start to finish.
Centralized Coordination
Centralized Coordination For clients spread globally, the GSOC offers a single point of control for managing travel risk and security incidents. A company with operations on different continents doesn’t need separate security centres for each region – The GSOC does it all, ensuring consistency. We maintain updated profiles of each client’s people and sites, so if something happens in, say, Lagos affecting one of their offices, our GSOC knows who the local site manager is, how many staff are there, and the exact emergency procedures to enact. This centralized model leads to faster decisions and a unified response, because all the threads are pulled together in one room.
Enhanced Monitoring Service
Enhanced Monitoring Service For clients who opt in, The GSOC runs an Enhanced Monitoring program (as described in our Travel Risk Management section). Practically, this means the GSOC will initiate check-ins at pre-agreed intervals and immediately follow up on any missed ones. They also produce daily or weekly risk snapshots for particularly sensitive operations. Think of it as a concierge safety service – the GSOC not only reacts to alarms, but actively reaches out to ensure all is well, and if they can’t confirm it, they treat it as an emergency until proven otherwise. This proactivity has saved lives – catching cases where someone was incapacitated or in trouble before they even managed to call for help.
Integration with Technology
The GSOC is deeply integrated with security technology platforms. Alerts from our travel risk app, panic button activations, vehicle trackers, building alarms – all feed into the centre.
Global Network, Local Response
Though centralized, The GSOC connects to a worldwide network of responders. If they need to assist a client in Lima at 3 AM, they will be on the phone with our vetted local security partner in Peru within minutes, instructing them on what’s needed. Over the years, we’ve built these relationships, so a call from the GSOC commands immediate attention. It’s as if you have a personal security operations centre in every country – but you only need to interface with one: ours.
We’re on constant alert so you don’t have to be
For organisations that need a steady stream of expert intelligence, the Global Intelligence Subscription provides regular, curated intelligence reports and analysis, acting as an ongoing security intelligence resource for risk and security teams. In a complex and fast-moving world, subscription-based access helps ensure developing risks are identified early, before they impact operations.
