Residential Security Teams

Round-the-clock protection for homes and estates

Residential protection you can depend on

Home is where one should feel safest. ASRM’s Residential Security Teams (RST) ensure that for our private clients, home remains a sanctuary. We provide highly trained security personnel to protect residences — be it a city penthouse, a countryside estate, or a multi-property portfolio — delivering unobtrusive yet effective security around the clock.

When do you need an RST?

Many clients consider dedicated residential security when:

  • Relocating to a new residence or country; home moves can create new vulnerabilities.
  • Their public profile increases due to an event, raising concerns about retaliation or intrusion at home.
  • They receive specific threats or face stalking/harassment that could extend to their residence.
  • Their homes contain high-value assets that make them tempting targets for thieves.
  • They spend significant time away from home, and want their property — and any family members remaining — safeguarded in their absence.

Residential Security Teams tailored to every property and lifestyle

ASRM’s Residential Security Team operatives are handpicked for maturity, discretion, and specialist skills, often with law enforcement or military police backgrounds. Trained to de-escalate and use force only when necessary, they serve as trusted guardians of the household — known to the family, but unobtrusive to outsiders.

To maintain vigilance, we rotate team members to keep performance sharp while ensuring consistency. Backed by ASRM’s central command, RSTs benefit from constant oversight and the ability to scale resources quickly, from adding personnel to deploying counter-surveillance during high-profile events or heightened threats.

Logo24/7 Onsite Protection

Our security officers are positioned at the residence in shifts to provide continuous coverage. They manage gate entries, screen visitors and deliveries, patrol the grounds, and monitor alarm systems. Importantly, they are trained to respond immediately to any incident (such as a perimeter breach or a panic alarm from inside the house). Their very presence is a deterrent to anyone considering trespassing or worse.

The RST implements strict protocols for who enters the property. This includes background-checking domestic staff and contractors, verifying identities of guests, and escorting service personnel while on the premises to ensure nothing is tampered with or stolen. We maintain logs of visitors and can discreetly enforce privacy — keeping paparazzi or overly curious onlookers at bay.

We establish routines for regular patrols of the estate, covering all key points (fence lines, entrances, blind spots). Patrolling not only detects intruders early but also serves as a visible sign that the property is protected. Night-time measures often include thermal cameras or night-vision equipment for detecting movement in the dark. For larger estates, we can employ drones to surveil far corners safely and quickly.

Our RST works hand-in-hand with technical security systems. We leverage existing systems or recommend upgrades: CCTV networks, motion sensors, infrared beams, etc. Additionally, our team is trained in Technical Surveillance Counter-Measures – they can periodically sweep the home for hidden listening devices or cameras, especially in sensitive areas like home offices or bedrooms, to ensure absolute privacy from electronic eavesdropping.

Each RST member is drilled in emergency scenarios – from deterring break-ins and conducting fire evacuations to handling medical emergencies (all are first-aid trained). They have direct lines to local law enforcement and our own ASRM emergency responders. If a serious incident occurs, they coordinate a swift response: for instance, guiding family members to a safe room, engaging intruders if necessary, and communicating real-time information to backup responders en route.

An often under-appreciated aspect of RSTs is their integration into daily life. Our operatives strike a careful balance – they remain professional and in the background, but they also build rapport with family members and household staff. This fosters mutual trust and easy communication. For example, an RST officer might quietly remind a family member to set the alarm at night, or a nanny might alert the RST if she sees something odd outside. Everyone becomes part of the safety culture, led by the RST.

The peace of mind that only comes from knowing you’re always protected

Our clients with RSTs frequently report intangible benefits: better sleep at night, peace of mind when traveling away from home, and a general ease of knowing that someone is always awake and watching out for the family’s well-being. We consider that the ultimate success metric – when the family can truly relax and feel at ease in their own home, thanks to a robust yet seamlessly integrated security presence.
